Dimensions and mounting
Dimensions in mm. Flange 60 ± 0.5. Standard models: pilot 36 and hole pitch 50 ± 0.2. D-suffix models: pilot 38.1 and hole pitch 47.1 ± 0.2. Both use four Ø5 mounting holes. Most models have an 8mm shaft; 60HSE125 and 125D have a 10mm shaft. The standard drawing shows a 24mm shaft extension; confirm other shaft details on the approved drawing.

The encoder uses a DB15 connector. Verify wiring by pin number rather than connector orientation. Confirm encoder supply voltage against the driver specification; no supply value is stated in the supplied catalog.
Speed and torque
The supplied speed–torque curves were measured at 36 VDC. Running torque decreases as speed increases; holding torque is not the available output torque at every speed. Actual performance depends on the driver, supply and load.
Installation precautions
- Do not strike the shaft when installing or removing shaft-end components; impact can damage the encoder at the opposite end.
- Minimize shaft-seat vibration to protect the bearings.
- Customization is available. Confirm the model, shaft, mounting dimensions, cables and driver compatibility before ordering.
Different frame sizes in this series share representative product visualizations. Do not infer shaft diameter, pilot or body length from the images; refer to the model table and approved drawing.
